The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.
Much of the stress that people feel doesn't come from having too much to do. It comes from not finishing what they've started.
I never teach my pupils; I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.
Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected.
The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career!
